Les doctorants en Sciences du Langage des laboratoires de l'Université de Toulouse :

CLLE-ERSS (Équipe de Recherche en Syntaxe et Sémantique) 
IRIT (Institut de Recherche en Informatique de Toulouse)  
OCTOGONE-Lordat (Centre Interdisciplinaire des Sciences du Langage et de la Cognition)

Organisent la 5e édition des JéTou (Journées d'études Toulousaines).Ces journées s'adressent aux étudiants en Master, aux doctorants et aux jeunes docteurs (jusqu'à trois ans après la soutenance) en Sciences du Langage.

Le terme discours, entendu dans son acception large de production langagière multimodale (orale, écrite, verbale, gestuelle) est au cœur même des Sciences du Langage. Qu'elles s'intéressent à sa production ou à sa réception, les méthodes d'investigation ont amené à des niveaux d'analyse aux granularités variables, où se superposent des unités entretenant des relations d'interdépendance fortes. Ainsi, le discours est fonction à la fois de son objet et du sens qui lui est donné.

Les enjeux sont communs : planification, segmentation, organisation, modélisation. Ces défis s'accompagnent de réflexions riches sur des terrains différents ; plus que jamais, une pratique interdisciplinaire est essentielle pour progresser dans une compréhension plus fine des différentes facettes du discours.

Les recherches effectuées dans ce sens ont pu prendre de multiples formes. Ces dernières années ont par ailleurs vu se réduire l'écart entre modèles théoriques et études empiriques menées sur des données attestées. Qualitatifs ou quantitatifs, ces travaux soulèvent à leur tour de nouvelles interrogations : choix des unités, recueil et annotation des données, démarches d'évaluation, comparaison et interprétation des résultats - pour n'en citer que quelques-unes.

Submission Guidelines:

Submissions must not exceed 3 pages for an oral presentation as well as for a scientific poster. These three pages must include a title, a summary and up to 5 keywords. You can indicate by email your preference for an oral presentation (20 min + 10 min for questions) or for a scientific poster, but the final decision on the format of the presentation will be made by the organization committee alone.

The conference proceedings will be published and given to the participants (5 pages for a scientific poster and 10 pages for an oral presentation).
