Meeting Description:

PARSEME (http://www.parseme.eu) is dedicated to parsing and multi-word expressions and is structured into four Working Groups (WGs):

- WG1: Lexicon/Grammar Interface
- WG2: Parsing Techniques for MWEs
- WG3: Statistical, Hybrid and Multilingual Processing of MWEs
- WG4: Annotating MWEs in Treebanks

Call for Papers:

We invite researchers and language technology experts from the Action's 30 member countries member countries to submit poster proposals related to the scientific program of the WGs, and particularly those strongly related to the current activities and surveys in the WGs (http://typo.uni-konstanz.de/parseme/index.php/organization/working-groups).

Proposals up to 2 pages (12pt font, 1in margins, pdf format only) should not be anonymous and may refer to results published previously in another venue or journal. Submissions, indicating author’s name and affiliation, the title of the poster, and the Working Group concerned, should be sent via email to: parseme at chopin.ipipan.waw.pl

Final acceptance decisions will be made by the PARSEME Steering Committee (http://typo.uni-konstanz.de/parseme/index.php/organization#SC). Authors of selected proposals will be reimbursed for their travel and stay.

Presentation of the posters based on accepted proposals will be carried out in two ways:

- A brief 2-minute presentation in a dedicated plenary session,
- A classical poster session near the meeting rooms which will allow for parallel discussions.

Important Dates:

- 19 December 2014: Poster submission deadline
- 16 January 2015: Notification of acceptance
- 02 February 2015: Final versions of poster abstracts
- 19-20 March 2015: Poster sessions and WG sessions
