As a part of our studies at the Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mainz, me and
a fellow student are conducting a study which evaluates whether there is a
critical period concerning the syntax of the English language and if so, when
this period can be set.
Therefore, we would ask as many people as possible (also native speakers of
