Description:
The Deep Natural Language Understanding (NLU) group at Yahoo Labs is seeking
summer interns to work on various projects involved with the creation of a
deep natural language understanding capability.
There is a large focus on formal syntax and semantics and ontologies.
Students with a background in parsing, CRFs, and developing efficient and
scalable algorithms are also invited to apply.
Requirements:
Ph.D. student with experience in Computational Linguistics (especially parsing
and CRFs), formal syntax/semantics, ontology, knowledge representation, and/or
algorithms.
