Focus: The aim of the Summer School of Linguistics in Dačice is to give an opportunity to students of linguistics (and researchers in other neighbouring fields such as psychologists, anthropologists, etc.) from the Czech Republic and Central Europe to get acquainted with the range of current achievements in linguistic research. In addition, we wish to establish a broad community of people interested in language and its use, which may be a good starting point for later collaboration in various projects.

Minimum Education Level: BA

Special Qualifications:
There is no need for prior knowledge of any of the topics.

Description:
The school takes place in a small city Dačice in Southern Bohemia every August. Lectures and workshops are mostly designed as an extensive introduction to a given topic.
