OSUCHiLL is one of the premier conferences on Hispanic and Lusophone linguistics in the United States. The conference, organized entirely by graduate students, aims to bring together a wide variety of scholars working within distinct disciplines and on many different aspects of Spanish, Portuguese, and contact varieties of these languages.
This year, OSUCHiLL will be held in concert with the conference on Current Approaches to Spanish and Portuguese Second Language Phonology (CASPSLaP). Attendees will have the opportunity to attend panels of both conferences.
The organizers of OSUCHiLL are excited to welcome Dr. Timothy Face (University of Minnesota) and Dr. Patricia Amaral (Indiana University) as keynote speakers. We also look forward to a workshop on statistical analysis in R to be given by Dr. Sonia Barnes (Marquette University).
