Description:
One PhD research scholarship is offered within the Centre of Applied Research
and Outreach in Language Education (CAROLE) at the University of Greenwich.
The doctoral scholarship is available for up to three years full-time study
starting October 2016 and provide University tuition fees.
The scholarship is available to UK or EU students who are suitably qualified
and have outstanding potential as a researcher.
Applications are invited in the area of Spanish Linguistics and/or Language
Acquisition. In particular, the scholarship will contribute to on-going
research projects investigating the study of tense, aspect and copular clauses
and/or their acquisition. Candidates interested in any of these areas are
encouraged to apply. Previous background in Language Acquisition is not a
prerequisite. It is an excellent opportunity for a candidate of exceptional
promise to contribute to a stimulating, international research environment.
