- Further development of computer-based content analysis projects (e.g.
multi-lingual sentiment analysis, sentence detection, text
classification/clustering)
- Support for client-facing project managers on international content analysis
projects 

Education:

- Master’s degree in computational linguistics and/or communications – dual
degrees welcome
- Minimum of three years of work experience, ideally outside of the academic
environment
- Experience in one of the following fields
Machine Learning 
Natural Language Processing
 
Requirements:

- Open-source NLP tools and libraries (e.g. NLTK, OpenNLP, scikit-learn)
- Open-source NLP tools and libraries (e.g. NLTK, OpenNLP, scikit-learn)
- Supervised and unsupervised machine learning
- Programming Skills: Java and/or Python
- Strong plus:
Version control systems (Git)
NoSQL database (ElasticSearch)
Excellent German and English, other languages welcome

Personal skills:

- Interest and confidence in dealing with cutting-edge software development
- Ability to communicate and present at top management level
- Detail-oriented and conscientious work ethic
- Fast-paced, self-motivated and flexible
- Analytical thinking skills and creativity in solving novel problems
- Ability to work in a distributed team
