Description:

Expressions of interest are sought for a fixed-term, temporary cover for one
semester only, from 6th February 2017 till mid/end of June 2017 (to be
negotiated), suitable for a colleague with a relatively easy commute to
Brighton. The role is mainly to cover a large module in Stylistics (120
students) on an Undergraduate degree in English language, first year of study.
This is the biggest area of work. Other areas of specialism that are
applicable can be in discourse analysis, media discourse, literary discourse
and similar.

Some teaching experience of undergraduate provision is desirable. A PhD in
relevant areas is desirable.
