Abstract:

Die korpuslinguistische sowie konversationsanalytische Studie thematisiert die
Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion mit Chatbots. Diese Dialogsysteme sind auch heute
noch störungsanfällig und eine Kommunikation ist nur unter äußerst limitierten
Bedingungen möglich. Welche Implikationen dies für das Interaktionsverhalten
der UserInnen hat, untersucht die Autorin vor dem Hintergrund der Diskussion
um künstliche Intelligenz. Chatbots sind im Web bereits weit verbreitet und
ihr Dialog-Design dient als Vorbild für moderne Assistenzsysteme. Da in
Zukunft künstliche Intelligenzen eine immer größere Rolle spielen werden, legt
diese Auseinandersetzung im Hinblick auf interaktives Alignment und
Computer-Talk einen Grundstein zur linguistischen Erforschung von
Dialogsystemen.
