TurCLing 2016 will be held jointly with CICLing 2016 and ACLing 2016.
Collocated events are CICLing 2016 (general NLP conference, Springer LNCS) and
ACLing 2016 (Arabic CL / NLP, IEEE CPS).
Three days of cultural activities include: Cappadocia ''fairy chimneys'',
underground city, Konya, Tinaztepe cave, Lystra Ancient City, the underground
city of Kaymakli, and much more; pre- and post-conf tours (for separate fee).
TurCLing speaker: Tunga Güngör. CICLing speakers: Pascale Fung, Tomas Mikolov,
Simone Teufel, Piek Vossen
Call for Papers:
TOPICS:
All topics related to computational linguistics, natural language processing,
human language technologies, information retrieval, opinion mining, sentiment
analysis, etc., on all Turkic languages: Turkish, Kazakh, Azerbaijani, Uyghur,
Tatar, Kyrgyz, Turkmen, Gagauz, Bashkir, Nogay, Uzbek, Chuvash, Khakas,
Tuvan, etc.

Submission can be joint with CICLing (if accepted, you choose to publish in
CICLing or TurCLing), or only for TurCLing.
