Abstract:

Stereotype sind seit der Einführung des modernen Stereotypen-Begriffs vor etwa
einem Jahrhundert durch Walter Lippmann ein beliebtes und vielfältiges Thema
von Untersuchungen in unterschiedlichen Wissenschaftsdisziplinen. Der Band
enthält die Beiträge aus zwei Symposien zur interdisziplinären
Stereotypenforschung, die 2013 und 2014 an den Universitäten in Odense und
Kiel stattfanden. Die Autorinnen und Autoren stellen eine breite Auswahl
aktueller theoretischer und methodischer Ansätze aus der linguistischen sowie
der angewandten gesellschaftswissenschaftlichen und lehr- und lernbezogenen
Stereotypenforschung (Spracherwerbsforschung und Fremdsprachendidaktik) vor
und berichten über ihre Untersuchungen, Ergebnisse und zukünftige
Forschungsperspektiven.
