The University of California, Merced is recruiting between one and four
Assistant, Associate, or Full Professors as part of a cluster hire in the area
of Inequality, Power, and Social Justice focused on issues related to:

1) Identity, Experience, and Representation 
2) Structural and Institutional Inequality. 

The Cognitive and Information Sciences group welcomes applications from all
those interested in inequality, power, and social justice from the perspective
of cognitive science, fitting one of these themes. Specific research topics
may include, for example, culture and communication, sociolinguistics,
language and identity, gender and communication, or bias and behavior. Full
