Meeting Description:

This conference is dedicated to the memory of two major figures of French and
English linguistics: Jean Dubois and Françoise Dubois-Charlier. Indeed, their
impact throughout the years 1960-2000 is incontestable. Their influcence is
due not only to their talent, but also to the far-reaching extent of their
work - 17 books and 7 articles in common, to mention but a few of their
publications - and to their leading role in the publication of the
dictionaries and journals edited by the Editions Larousse.

Keynote Speakers:

Michel Arrivé (Université Paris Nanterre et CNRS-MoDyCo)
Danielle Leeman (Université Paris Nanterre et CNRS-ICAR)

Do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
