Diálogos is an interdisciplinary conference that invites graduate-student
research in the fields of Hispanic and Lusophone linguistics, literatures and
culture. 

Diálogos strives to represent the diversity of research in the field of
linguistics and hopes to feature presentations on a variety of topics.


Call for Papersː 

Diálogos strives to represent the diversity of research in the field of
linguistics and welcomes papers and presentation on a variety of topic
including (but not limited to) linguistic variation, dialectology, language
acquisition, pragmatics, semantics, phonology, syntax, bilingualism,
historical and comparative linguistics, and language contact. Submissions and
presentations may be in English, Spanish, Portuguese, or Catalan.

Submission Deadline: February 20 2017

Please submit an anonymous 500 word abstract with a presentation and/or panel
title by February 20 via email to gsac at indiana.edu. All personal information
should be included in the body of the email message and should include your
name, email, institution address, telephon number (offic or home), and title
of your presentation. Submissions of panels of three or four presenters
organized around a common theme are encouraged. Individual presentation time
should not exceed twenty minutes. Please notify us if you require audiovisual
equipment such as laptops, projectors, or speakers. There is a $20
registration fee payable upon acceptance of your proposal.
