is a, FREE of Charge, quarterly published, peer-reviewed journal.

We will allocate special time to complete the evaluation process of your
manuscripts until the end of Sept, 2017 if submitted until August 15, 2017.
Submissions after this date will be considered for the December, 2017 issue.
