Subject: Call for Editors, Reviewers and Representatives

 
Akdemistanbul Institution and Akademi foundation are twin entities
institutions in the field of teaching Arabic and Turkish as foreign languages
in Turkey. Based on innovative approaches, Akdemistanbul institution and
Akademi foundation have conducted and implemented different language projects
in collaboration with social stakeholders such as CBO and NGO, as well as
national and international actors.

Within the framework of encouraging more serious research in the field of
Arabic applied linguistics, intends to launch a peer-reviewed journal that
aims to address the gap related to empirical studies that deal with Arabic
language matters. Arabic Applied Linguistics Journal will be a platform
dedicated to communication among researchers and policy makers in this field.
This will likely to contribute to our understanding of Arabic didactics,
Arabic second language acquisition, Arabic material design, Arabic evaluation
and assessment, contrastive and error analysis, educational psychology,
sociolinguistics, discourse analysis, computational linguistics, corpus
linguistics, etc. 
 
We invite applications from those interested in being a part of the reviewer
board, or editorial board and Applicants are expected to have a strong
academic understanding of Arabic linguistics, a strong record of publication,
a strong understanding of research methodology, a strong mastery of Arabic
language ( and English or French or Turkish).

We are also looking for representatives of the journal and those who can
promote on behalf of the journal and propose joint projects with universities,
educational institutions and so on.

    تعد اللغة العربية من بين أهم اللغات في العالم في المجال العلمي والأكاديمي،
ولا تزال الجهود متواصلة من أجل السعي إلى تعليم هذه اللغة للعديد من الأطراف
الفاعلة فضلا عن المهتمين بعلم اللغويات، والإدارة، والسياسة، وعلوم التاريخ
وغيرها. وتعتبر كل من جمعية أكاديمية إسطنبول للأبحاث العلمية واللغوية وأيضا
مؤسسة أكاديمية اسطنبول من بين الكيانات التوأمة الرائدة في مجال  تعليم اللغة
العربية للناطقين بغيرها، وكذا الأبحاث المتعلقة باللغويات العامة وخاصة
التطبيقية منها لهذه اللغة. وقد قامت كل من المؤسستين بإنجاز العديد من المشاريع
اللغوية بالتعاون مع منظمات المجتمع المدني والمنظمات غير الحكومية، وكذا
الفاعلين الوطنيين والدوليين على حد سواء.
 وفي إطار التشجيع على أبحاث ودراسات أكثر عملية وفائدة في مجال اللغويات
التطبيقية= للغة العربية فقد شرعت جمعية أكاديمية إسطنبول في تأسيس مجلة دولية
علمية محكمة تسعى لمعالجة وسد الثغرات القائمة والمتعلقة بالدراسات التجريبية
التي تعنى بمسائل اللغة العربية في الواقع. ستكون مجلة اللغويات التطبيقية للغة
العربية منصة مخصصة لتوفير التواصل اللازم ما بين الباحثين وصناع السياسات في هذا
المجال. ونأمل أن تساهم هذه المبادرة في تعزيز فهمنا لتعليمية اللغة العربية،
وعملية اكتسابها بوصفها لغة ثانية، وأيضا تصميم المناهج والمواد التعليمية،
وتقييم وتقوييم المخرجات التربوية في مجال اللغة العربية، وكذا التحليل التقابلي
وتحليل الأخطاء، وعلم النفس التربوي، واللغويات الاجتماعية، وتحليل الخطاب،
واللغويات الحاسوبية، ولغويات المدونة، وغيرها من المجالات التطبيقية المتعلقة
باللغة العربية.

وعطفا على هذا، يسعد الهيئة التأسيسية للمجلة فتح المجال للانضمام إلى هيئة
المحكمين، وهيئة التحرير، وأيضا مندوبي وممثلي المجلة عبر مختلف البلدان. يشترط
في أعضاء التحرير والتحكيم أن يكونوا أصحاب قاعدة علمية قوية في مجال اللسانيات
التطبيقية للغة العربية، وسجل معتبر من المقالات المنشورة في المجلات العلمية
والملتقيات، إلى جانب إتقان مناهج البحث العلمي. إلى جانب هذا فإن التمكن من
اللغة العربية شرط أساس للقبول في إحدى اللجان بالإضافة إلى التمكن من إحدى
اللغات الآتية: إنجليزية، فرنسية، أو تركية.
أما فيما يخص مندوبي وممثلي المجلة فأبواب الترشح مفتوحة لكل مهتم بأمور اللغة
العربية ممن لديه القابلية لتوفير الحشد والتأييد اللازمين سواءا على المستوى
الإعلامي، أو على مستوى التعريف بها لدى الأطراف الفاعلة، وأيضا اقتراح المشاريع
المشتركة مع الجامعات والمؤسسات التربوية المهتمة بهذا المجال.
