Aims and scope: to present recent research in the field of functional
neuroscience aimed to translate brain oscillation patterns into cognitive
function, with a focus on language processing and language impairment. 

Venue: Faculty of Biology, University of Seville (Spain)

The workshop will include five invited talks and a poster session

“Biomarcadores de vulnerabilidad para la enfermedad de Alzheimer”

“Quantitative characterization of EEG and MEG development in children and
adolescents during resting state”


Call for Posters:

Posters dealing with aspects of brain oscillations and cognitive function,
broadly construed, will be welcome for being presented during the workshop. A
maximum of 30 posters will be accepted for presentation after peer-review.
Among the accepted posters, 5 will be further selected for a pecha kucha
session in which the authors are expected to summarize their findings in a 20
(slides) x 20 (seconds) presentation. Abstracts proposals (maximum length: 200
words) should be sent to: antonio.benitez at dfesp.uhu.es. 

Deadline for proposals submissions: April 15 . 
Notification of acceptance: April 22. 

Workshop fees: 50€ (to be paid at the conference venue). 

Maximum size of the posters: Format A0 – Height 118.9 cm / Width 84,1 cm (the
orientation format of the poster is portrait).
