Description:
Language and computation are the very foundations of the new knowledge
economy. Students will explore these foundations through the dynamic field of
Computational Linguistics, improving their knowledge of language, and learning
to program along the way. Students will examine how linguistics and
computation combine to answer fundamental questions about language, and study
the ways in which computational linguistics is deployed by the tech industry
to provide solutions to some of today’s most pressing issues. A background in
computing is not necessary.

Tuition: 4750 CAD
Tuition Explanation: Tuition includes medical insurance, course books, accommodation, a city tour
and social events.
