Abstract:

Für die Übersetzung von Rechtstexten ist der Vergleich der Rechtssysteme
unabdingbar. Das Buch erläutert und vergleicht die übersetzungsrelevanten
Aspekte des deutschen und polnischen Verwaltungsverfahrensrechts sowie der
Rechtslehre beider Staaten. Den theoretischen Rahmen bildet dabei die
Anthropozentrische Translatorik. Die Autorin untersucht mit Hilfe der
Eyetracking-Analyse die kognitiven Prozesse während des Übersetzens. Sie
rekonstruiert mit der Blickbewegungsmessung die kognitiven Prozesse der
Versuchspersonen während des Übersetzens.
