Meeting Description:

The purpose of the conference is to bring together university lecturers,
school teachers and scholars in Anglophone Studies working to disseminate
knowledge about their work in the field, and to follow up in systematic
academic research in the field. Participation of undergraduate and
postgraduate students is also welcome.

We are very proud to announce that the keynote lecture
“Self-Presentation Function of Word-Formation'' will be delivered by
Prof. Phdr.  Aleš Klégr (Charles University, Prague).

Call for Papers:

The conference is organized by the Department of English Language and
Literature, Faculty of Education, University of Hradec Králové, Czech
Republic.

We welcome contributions from the following fields of Anglophone studies:

- Linguistics 
- Literature 
- Cultural Studies
- Methodology (ELT)

Presentations can include lectures, poster demonstrations and exhibitions of
materials. Selected contributions will be published in the peer-reviewed
journal Hradec Králové Journal of Anglophone Studies (included in ERIH PLUS). 

The conference language is English.

The deadline for registration is 20 January 2018.

Conference Fee is 1,000 CZK or 40 €.
