Focus: These lectures are designed to offer linguistis with an interest into neurolinguistics the opportunity to study the bases of neurology, neuroanatomy, and the bases of methods to do research with experimental methods, like Electro Encephalography (EEG) and Eye Tracking.

Description:
These lectures are designed to offer linguistis with an interest into
neurolinguistics the opportunity to study the bases of neurology,
neuroanatomy, and the bases of methods to do research with experimental
methods, like Electro Encephalography (EEG) and Eye Tracking. It is suitable
for linguists with no brackground in this field, but also for speech
therapists, cognitive scientists and psycholinguists with an interest into the
neural bases of language. A worskhop on Psycholinguistics will be organized
for students attending the summer school who want to present their work. There
will be a Call for Papers before the Lectures take place. This time the
Lectures on Neurolinguistics will take place in the island of Ibiza.

Tuition: 150 EUR

Tuition Explanation: There will be lectures on the Neural bases of Language, and Neurolinguistics
by Vincent Torrens (UNED), Eye Tracking, by Loes Koring (M.I.T.),
ElectroEncephalography (EEG) by Nina Kazanina (University of Bristol), and
Aphasia by Anna Gavarró (University Autonomous of Barcelona).
The fee of 150 euros allows studens to attend all lectures and to participate
in the workshop.
