Subject: Awareness Survey - Speech and Language Disorders

 
Many people suffer from speech and language disorders, which affect their
ability to communicate with other people and interfere with their daily
activities. 

This survey, designed by a group of Master's students from the Linguistic
department of the University of Copenhagen, aims at investigating how aware
people are of the existence and the effect of these disorders. The survey
includes general questions about speech and language disorders, but also
questions about specific disorders, treatment options and the quality of life
of people suffering from such disorders. The survey is anonymous and takes
about five minutes to complete, and the results will be used for research and
teaching oriented purposes.
