Description:

More than 40 studentships funded by the Economic and Social Research Council
(ESRC) are available at one of the largest Doctoral Training Programmes in the
UK. We are inviting applications for both PhD and combined masters + PhD
funding.

Linguistics training at UCL, Birkbeck and SOAS covers a broad range of
specialisms including experimental speech and language sciences, quantitative
and corpus linguistics, fieldwork-based language documentation and
description, language acquisition and disorders, critical discourse analysis,
language policy and practice, language education and intercultural
communication.
