Description:

The department of Linguistics at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey
(New Brunswick) invites applications for a full-time, one-year, non-tenure
track (nonrenewable) position as a Lecturer (Instructor) in Linguistics with a
specialization in Phonology. Duties will include teaching and advising at both
the undergraduate and graduate levels. The teaching load is 2:2.

Applications should include a cover letter, a curriculum vitae, a brief
statement of research interests, samples of research, a teaching statement,
teaching evaluations if available, and three letters of reference. The cover
letter should include the names and contact information of those writing
letters of reference. All materials should be submitted via Interfolio at the

The candidate must have completed all requirements for a Ph.D. with a
