West Coast Conference on Linguistics (WECOL) 2018
The Western Conference on Linguistics (WECOL) is an international conference
on any aspects of theoretical, experimental, documentary, or computational
linguistics. It publishes conference presentations (talks and posters) in the
WECOL Proceedings online at the website of the Department of Linguistics at
the California State University, Fresno:

2nd Call for Papers:
Submission Guidelines:
All submissions (talks and posters) must be original and not simultaneously
submitted to another journal or conference.
Abstracts are invited for 20-minute talks (with 10 minutes for discussion) or
poster presentations on anys aspect of theoretical, experimental, documentary,
or computational linguistics.
Abstracts must be limited to 500 words, with one extra page for examples,
figures, tables, and references. The format of the abstract should follow the
guidelines below:
- Title centered at top of page, in bold, in sentence case.
- Including word count at the end of the abstract.
- Anonymous: authors’ names and affiliations should not be indicated anywhere
on the abstract pages.
- Filename: lastname_firstname.pdf

The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to Sunday, September 9,
2018.
