Subject: Saudi Society of Linguistics

 
Saudi Society of Linguistics is now formally registered in the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia and accepts registrations. This society aims to (a) improve the
scientific study of language in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, (b) encourage
Saudi linguists to increase research production, (c) enhance communication
among linguists nationally, regionally and internationally, (d) build research
partnerships with scientific, academic, and cultural associations and
institutions regionally and internationally, (e) contribute to the Arabization
of linguistic terms to enrich the Arab scientific library, (f) organize
conferences, seminars, and specialized workshops. (g) provide consultations to
postgraduate students studying linguistics, and (h) publish linguistics
studies to raise awareness of linguistic subfields. For more info and
