Meeting Description:
Midwest Speech and Language Days (MSLD) is a two-day meeting that continues
the tradition of Illinois Speech Day and the Midwest Computational Linguistics
Colloquium. Presenters and attendees from all Midwest universities and
research institutions are invited. The goal is to increase awareness of speech
and language research going on in the region and to foster collaboration among
sites.
Call for Papers:
Midwest Speech and Language Days (MSLD) is an annual 2-day workshop that
continues the traditions of the Illinois Speech Day and the Midwest
Computational Linguistics Colloquium. Its goal is to increase awareness of
speech and language research going on in the region and to foster
collaboration among sites. Presenters and attendees come from Midwest
universities, research institutions, and companies. This year, it will be
hosted by the University of Notre Dame.
There is no cost to attend the workshop; please register using the online
registration form (http://bit.ly/msld18reg). If you are interested in
presenting at MSLD 2018, please submit an abstract of up to 300 words using
the online submission form (http://bit.ly/msld18sub). Since this is a regional
workshop without published proceedings, abstracts describing your previously
published work or work in progress are allowed and encouraged.
