Abstract:

Eva Neulands Einführungs- und Übersichtswerk macht mit dem
sprachwissenschaftlichen Gegenstandsfeld "Jugendsprache" vertraut. Im Zentrum
steht die Beschreibung und Analyse des Sprachgebrauchs Jugendlicher im
deutschen Sprachraum unter Einbezug aktueller Fragestellungen und Ergebnisse
der germanistischen Soziolinguistik und linguistischen Pragmatik. Grundlagen
und Entwicklungen sowie theoretische Konzepte der Jugendsprachforschung werden
aufgezeigt und Entwicklungsetappen deutscher Jugendsprachen in Geschichte und
Gegenwart vorgestellt und mit zahlreichen Textbeispielen illustriert. Den
Abschluss bildet ein Ausblick auf Jugendsprachen in Schule und Unterricht. Für
die zweite Auflage wurde die bewährte Einführung unter Einbezug aktuellster
Fachliteratur auf den neuesten Stand der Forschung gebracht.
