Meeting Description:

The second International Symposium of Morphology (ISMo 2019) will be held at
the Université Paris-Diderot in Paris, France, on September 26-27, 2019. ISMo
follows the tradition of Décembrettes and the Forum de Morphologie as a
biannual international conference, organised by the French community of
morphologists.

We invite submissions of original research on all aspects of morphology,
without any restrictions regarding the language being studied or the
theoretical framework chosen. We accept submissions for both talks and
posters. 

Possible topics include (but are not limited to):

- Inflection
- Derivation
- Construction and organisation of the lexicon
- Formal, typological, diachronic and sociolinguistic approaches
- Psycholinguistic, cognitive and computational approaches
- Interfaces with phonology, syntax and semantics

Le deuxième Symposium International de Morphologie (ISMo) se tiendra à
l'Université Paris-Diderot, France, du 26 au 27 septembre 2019. La conférence
émane de la volonté des morphologues français d'avoir un événement régulier et
de haut niveau scientifique dans la lignée des Décembrettes et du Forum de
Morphologie où faire se rencontrer morphologues français et de l'international
autour de résultats, de données ou d'analyses. ISMo sera organisé tous les
deux ans dans différentes universités françaises.

Abstract submission:

Although English is strongly encouraged, abstracts may also be submitted in
French. Submissions must be strictly anonymous and no longer than 4 pages long
(bibliography and annexes included, Charis SIL 11pt, 2.5cm margins). The file
format for submissions is PDF. Please also make sure that your identity is not
revealed in the document properties.

All papers will be reviewed anonymously by at least three members of the
programme committee. Reviewing is double blind. Reviewing of submissions of
one of the PC chairs will be handled by the other PC chair outside the
easychair system, to ensure anonymity.

1er Appel à communications

Pour cette deuxième édition, les organisateurs invitent à soumettre des
propositions originales de présentation orale ou de poster sur tout aspect de
la morphologie, quels que soient la langue étudiée et le cadre théorique. Les
sujets possibles sont de façon non exhaustive :

- la flexion  
- la dérivation
- la construction et l'organisation du lexique
- les approches formelles, typologiques, diachroniques ou sociolinguistiques
- les approches psycholinguistiques, cognitives ou computationnelles
- les interfaces avec la phonologie, la syntaxe ou la sémantique

Soumission des résumés :

Les résumés doivent être soumis au format PDF, en français ou en anglais, mais
l'anglais est fortement encouragé. Ils doivent être strictement anonymes et ne
doivent pas excéder 4 pages (Charis SIL 11pt, marges 2,5 cm bibliographie et
annexes incluses). 

Les soumissions doivent se faire via la plateforme EasyChair à l'adresse :

Tous les résumés seront relus de manière anonyme par, au moins, trois membres
du comité scientifique. La relecture se fera en double-aveugle. Les relectures
des résumés soumis par les présidents du comité scientifique seront confiées à
l'autre président du comité, hors du système EasyChair, afin de préserver
l'anonymat.
