Description:

Full-time, one-year position, renewable, beginning August 2019, to teach
graduate and undergraduate French language and linguistics courses. Teaching
load of 2 courses per semester. Primary specialization in French
sociolinguistics is required, with focus either on European French or French
in Francophonie. Ability to teach courses in French phonology desirable. 

Requirements: 
PhD in Linguistics or French Linguistics required by August 15, 2019.
Candidates should have native or near-native command of French and English; a
proven record in both research and teaching; and a commitment to undergraduate
as well as graduate instruction, curricular development and the principles of
a liberal arts education at all levels.
