Subject: Linguistic-mode: Corpus Analysis on Emacs
Linguistic-mode is an Emacs package that can be found in the MELPA repository.
It allows to carry out basic corpus analysis tasks, which include word and
n-gram frequencies as well as collocation and concordance. This is a good tool
to introduce new corpus linguistics students to the field and to Emacs.
The mode is still being worked on and will be improved as time goes on
(sentence analysis, a snowball stemmer and computation time improvement are in
the workings). Contributions to its development and any feedback is welcome on
github.
