Description:
Uriel Cohen Priva's lab is looking to recruit a full-time research assistant
to advance and coordinate the different aspects of research that take place in
the lab. The research assistant will gain experience in all aspects of the
research taking place in the Cohen Priva lab. These include corpus curation,
programming, statistical analysis, grant preparation, and scientific writing.
The researcher will work with the lab director, the graduate students, and
undergraduate research assistants working in the lab on related topics.

Qualifications:
- BA or BSc in linguistics, cognitive science, or a related field
- Demonstrated understanding of phonology and phonetics
- Strong academic writing skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with statistics (especially using R) and programming would be
considered an advantage.
