Subject: Proto-Romance: Update.
Those of you interested in Romance linguistics may know that a document was
discovered in 2017 that appeared to be written in proto-Romance. This has now
been verified and peer-reviewed, so a more comprehensive academic paper will
be formally published in a journal in 2019. An announcement will be made in
due course.
In the meantime, the three original draft papers are still available to freely
download as PDFs from the linguistics preprint website Lingbuzz:
https://ling.auf.net/lingbuzz
They are titled: 1. Linguistic Missing Links, 2. Dating and Locating
Manuscript MS408, 3. Consonants and Vowels, Castles and Volcanoes.
Regards,
Dr. Gerard Cheshire.
