Meeting Description:
The Statistics in historical corpus linguistics workshop is organised by the
Chronologicon Hibernicum project (ERC Consolidator Grant647351) and funded by
the NUI Pilot Early Career Pilot Scheme. It features seven distinguished
invited speakers talking about the application of statistical methods to
language corpora, especially to those of historical languages. The event is
free, and please send an email to fangzhe.qiu at mu.ie if you are interested in
attending. The full programme and abstracts will follow soon.
