Meeting Description: 

This one day workshop will consider the changing reality of English across the
countries of Central Asia in all areas of society. There will be an emphasis
on education contexts, but contributions which explore the 'lived reality' of
English in other situations are very welcome.  Costs for travel and attending
the workshop will be paid by the University of Westminster and it is
anticipated that a selection of the papers will be published as a journal
special issue.
