Meeting Description:

The second International Symposium of Morphology (ISMo 2019) will be held at
the Université Paris-Diderot in Paris, France, on September 26-27, 2019. ISMo
follows the tradition of Décembrettes and the Forum de Morphologie as a
biannual international conference, organised by the French community of
morphologists.

Le deuxième Symposium International de Morphologie (ISMo) se tiendra à
l’Université Paris-Diderot, France, du 26 au 27 septembre 2019. ISMo est un
colloque international organisé tous les deux ans dans différentes universités
françaises, dans la tradition des Décembrettes.

Final Call for Papers:

We invite submissions of original research on all aspects of morphology,
without any restrictions regarding the language being studied or the
theoretical framework chosen. We accept submissions for both talks and
posters.

Possible topics include (but are not limited to):

- Inflection
- Derivation
- Construction and organisation of the lexicon
- Formal, typological, diachronic and sociolinguistic approaches
- Psycholinguistic, cognitive and computational approaches
- Interfaces with phonology, syntax and semantics

Vito Pirrelli (Istituto di Linguistica Computazionale, CNR, Pisa)

Abstract Submission:

Although English is strongly encouraged, abstracts may also be submitted in
French. Submissions must be strictly anonymous and no longer than 4 pages
long, using the ISMo styles. The file format for
submissions is PDF. Please also make sure that your identity is not revealed

All papers will be reviewed anonymously by at least three members of the

Pour cette deuxième édition, les organisateurs invitent à soumettre des
propositions originales de présentation orale ou de poster sur tout aspect de
la morphologie, quels que soient la langue étudiée et le cadre théorique. Les
sujets possibles sont de façon non exhaustive :

- la dérivation
- la construction et l'organisation du lexique
- les approches formelles, typologiques, diachroniques ou sociolinguistiques
