Description:

The Department of Modern Languages & Literatures of Fordham University seeks
applicants for a tenure-track Advanced Assistant or Beginning Associate
Professor position in Spanish, with expertise in Foreign Language Pedagogy
and/or Second Language Acquisition, to be based primarily at the Rose Hill
campus.

The successful candidate must demonstrate experience and expertise in
second-language teaching theories, research, and methodologies and curricular
development, program coordination, evaluation of teaching staff, and course
assessment. Responsibilities include teaching and coordinating language
courses at the Rose Hill and Lincoln Center campuses in close association with
the Director of the Language Program, maintaining a productive research
agenda, and contributing to department and university service.
