The detailed program of the 2nd NSF REU Site Intersection of Linguistics,
Language and Culture Conference held on June 21 in Brooklyn, NY is now
available online including the slides of the oral presentations by the NSF REU
Site fellows, the award-winning essay ‘White Rhinos, Endangered Languages and
the Power of Computational Linguistics’ by High School student Pravan
Chakravarthy, posters by undergraduate students and the videos of a panel on
‘Establishing an Advanced Placement Course in Linguistics’.
