About "planning", there is a famous Chinese saying “一年之计在于春(A year's plan lies
in spring)，一日之计在于晨(a day's plan lies in the morning)” .  The purpose of this
little survey is to explore people's understanding of this saying and their
related behaviour across languages and cultures.
