Call for Papers:

Nordic Journal of Linguistics welcomes submissions to a Special Issue on
Heritage languages and bilingualism to be published in the autumn of 2021. 
Submissions may focus on descriptive, theoretical, and/or empirical issues
from any subfield or perspective on child or adult bilingualism, including,
but not restricted to: 
-The linguistic properties of heritage languages
-Variation and change within heritage languages and heritage speaker
communities
-The acquisition and maintenance of heritage languages across the lifespan
-Community-wide and individual language contact and language shift 

We strongly welcome work on minoritized languages and other traditionally
underrepresented languages in the field, and research on any heritage language
in any majority language setting.

Deadline for submissions:
November 1, 2020
