Subject: A Lexical Semantic Database of Brazilian Portuguese Verbs

 
We are pleased to announce that VerboWeb, a lexical-semantic data base of
Brazilian Portuguese verbs, is now available in an updated version and with
English translations. The database can be accessed at
http://www.letras.ufmg.br/verboweb. 

The lexical database "VerboWeb - syntactic-semantic classification of
Brazilian Portuguese verbs" presents a broad analysis of a great number of
verbs, separated in groups by their syntactic and semantic properties. The
database is still in development, presenting now almost 1500 verbs.
