Meeting Description:
The first SCCC met in Paris in September 2016 and was followed up by smaller

on its general theme, SCCC-3 will bring together linguists working on
different aspects of the scientific study of language and experts in Georgian
and South Caucasian (Kartvelian) languages. Its primary goal is to promote a
dialogue between scholars from different approaches and to bring together
established and junior scholars all of whom are invested in linguistic studies
of the South Caucasus.
As in the prior meetings, we will place emphasis on tutorials, poster
sessions, and round tables, to create as much space for informal discussions
as possible.
This year’s SCCC will also host a one-day workshop on languages of the entire
Caucasus region.
Call for Papers:
Submissions are invited for posters on the scientific study of South Caucasian
languages.
Abstracts are invited from all areas: phonetics, phonology, morphology,
