Meeting Description:

We are pleased to announce that Anadolu University, ELT Department, with the
contribution of Linguistic Society, Turkey will host the 20th International
Conference on Turkish Linguistics in Eskişehir, Turkey, Thursday 23 July to
Saturday 25 July, 2020. 
 
Contributions are welcome on Turkish or other Turkic languages in all
linguistic domains. The official languages of the conference are English and
Turkish. The contributions can be in the form of individual papers (20 minutes
presentation+10 minutes discussion), round tables (to be organized by a
moderator who would invite researchers working on a common topic), and poster
presentations.


Call for Papers:

Submission of abstracts:
The number of abstracts an author can submit is limited to two: a single
and/or a co-authored one. Abstracts should not exceed 250 words and should be
submitted on EasyChair https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ictl20

The structure of the round table and the number of papers to be included are
the responsibility of the moderator. Moderators are expected to submit a
proposal for the round table session including summaries of each contributor’s
presentation, not exceeding 650 words. Each contributor is also expected to
submit an abstract separately. The proposals for the round tables as well as
each abstract of the contributors will be reviewed by the members of the
Program Committee and by expert external reviewers.

Reviewing of the abstracts:
Each abstract will be reviewed in a triple-blind peer review process. Each
author will be notified of the decisions of the reviewers as well as their
comments.
