Description:
Seeking to fill multiple part-time, temporary internship positions supporting
the planning and implementation of the 2020 Lakota and Crow Summer Language
Institutes.
Program Assistants will plan, organize, set up, and coordinate Institutes
taking place between May and August 2020.
Applicants should be comfortable speaking on the phone and be oriented toward
customer service. They should have a good grasp of Outlook and Microsoft
Office Suite and be willing to master new programs including Mailchimp and
Cvent. Attention to detail and a proven track record of team or project
management are recommended. Additional experience in media documentation
(photo, audio, video), applied linguistics (recordings), and social media
marketing are desired.
Internships typically lasts 4-6 weeks. Applications opening in February 2020
for internship opportunities starting May 2020.
