Deep multitask learning with latent structured prediction for natural language
processing
The Laboratory of Excellence “Empirical Foundations of Linguistics”
(Labex-EFL) is funding a three-year PhD position in Natural Language
Processing (NLP) starting in October, 2020.

The research operation ''Shallow Semantic Analysis'' of strand 5
''Computational Semantics'' of Labex-EFL. The selected candidate will work on
joint modeling of linguistic structures and downstream applications using
ideas from multitasking and latent structure prediction in deep neural
networks

Candidate profile:
We are looking for students with a masters degree (Master 2 or equivalent) in
computer science with a background in natural language processing and machine
learning.
