From: Andreas Krug [A.Krug2 at newcastle.ac.uk]
Subject: Accents for PhD Studies
My name is Andreas and I'm a PhD researcher at Newcastle University. My
research is looking at the (lexical) processing of different accents of
English.
The current situation makes it difficult to record the stimuli for my
experiments. That's why I wanted to ask if there are students/researchers out
there who would lend their voices and would be willing to record themselves
for the project. I'd be more than happy to return the favor and share the
stimuli.
Maybe we could even set up a mailing list that allows us to get in touch
easily when we have stimuli to record?
If you're interested, feel free to email me at A.Krug2 at newcastle.ac.uk . Thank
you!
