Meeting Description:

On behalf of the organizing committee of the University of Alabama Language
Conference, we would like to invite faculty and graduate students to submit
abstracts for our eleventh annual conference to be held virtually on February
19– 20, 2021. Organized by graduate students from the Modern Languages and
Classics Department alongside several other departments on campus, this
conference encompasses subjects relevant to language, literature, culture in
all languages with an emphasis on English, French, German, and Spanish.


Call for Papers: 

We invite you to submit proposals for 20-minute individual presentations as
well as organized panels with three or four participants. Suggestions for
panels must include individual presenter’s abstract along with a brief
description of the panel theme (up to 300 words). Please submit abstracts of
no more than 250 words to: ualanguagesconference at gmail.com by December 13,
2020.
