Meeting Description:
The Faculty of Translation and Interpretation (FTI-EII) of the University of
Mons (UMONS) organizes its first symposium on “The Interdisciplinary Study of
Spanish Varieties” which will be held on May 05-07, 2021. The symposium, which
had to be held in 2020, was postponed due to the Covid19 crisis. This first
meeting aims at gathering researchers and teachers who study the varieties of
Spanish in relation to Translation-Interpretation, the Teaching of Spanish as
a foreign language and Linguistics.
