CONFERENCE CANCELLED: Unfortunately, since we still don't feel confident we'll
able to organise our conference in safety for the (already re)scheduled time
because of the COVID-19 pandemic threat, we have made the hard decision to
cancel the event for good (hoping that we'll be able to organize a new one in
the future, once the pandemic is definitely over). 

Original Conference Description: 

The First International Conference on Sicilian Dialectology, a major event of
the Festival of Sicilian Dialects 2021, has been conceived as a moment of
knowledge sharing and discussion among scholars interested in the different
domains of the study of the Italo-Romance varieties spoken in Sicily.
